I may have walked too far along the beach, lost my car and got stones in my shoe, but I got to lie in the grass and watch THIS. Amazing. 

My Grandad’s Rubik’s Cube and Puzzle collection. It’s impressive, built up over many years, most of the puzzles have been rearranged and solved again. Some remain in disarray. One or two I suspect have never been played with. I remember taking the coloured stickers off one of his collection as a child to try and solve it, but none of these have curly edges… we’ve taken one or two, but this is the final collection, 41 pieces. Soon to be put up for sale. So hopefully the unsolved will be solved, the unplayed-with will be played with and the two biscuit tins full of puzzles and Rubik’s Cubes will find a new home in the playroom/cupboard/wardrobe/collection of someone who really appreciates them.

@StephieLauren88 had a birthday - this was basically it… 

Iggi is today’s cat of the day… he recently got into a bit of a fight (with a mountain lion he assures me) but managed to get away with only a few minor injuries… here he is resting and focussing on growing back the fur to his bald patch. He’s quite embarrassed by it, but I think he’s still beautiful.

Telephone Boxes. The red kind. A pair and a single. I thought I’d group them together as the one on his own looks a bit lonely…
